BTEC and Cambridge Technical Results

Qualifications Wales is aware of delays in issuing some Pearson BTEC and OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3 results and understands the impact this is having on learners.

Qualifications Wales is working closely with both awarding bodies and our fellow regulators to make sure that everything possible is done so that learners receive their delayed results as soon as possible.

We are receiving daily updates on the progress being made. The priority is to issue results to this summer’s learners to allow them to progress to the next stage of their learning or into employment. There are many reasons why results may not be available for learners when they expect them. We will be working with schools, colleges and awarding bodies to understand the root cause of these delays and seek ways to eliminate them in the future.
