Have Your Say on Summer 2025 exams
Exams begin across Wales this week, and Qualifications Wales’ annual survey is now open for you to share feedback on this summer’s exam series.
We are inviting learners, educators, parents, carers, and other interested parties, to share their views about this summer’s GCSE, AS, A level and Level 2/3 Health and Social Care, and Childcare exams.
Every year, we run a Have Your Say on Summer Exams survey to capture feedback as part of our role to monitor examinations in Wales.
The feedback that you provide, be it positive or negative, is really important to us – it allows us to identify any key themes that are raised during the exam series and provides valuable insight into your experience of the exam papers.
By listening to learners’ experiences, we can identify reoccurring themes that we can discuss with awarding bodies and gather insight to inform our future monitoring work.
The short survey can be completed in English or Welsh, and covers topics such as:
- whether you felt that the exam paper(s) covered the topics studied
- the level of demand (how easy or difficult you found it)
- whether you felt there was enough time to complete the questions
- any other feedback
The survey is open throughout the exam series and will close a few weeks after the final examinations, on Monday 7 July.
We will monitor the survey responses throughout the series and publish a summary of the responses later this year, after the results have been published.
