Assessment and standards

Qualifications involve assessing learners in different ways to generate evidence that is converted into outcomes like grades. This is an important aspect of our regulatory and reform work. Our research in this area is diverse and intends to inform organisational thinking and public discourse through: 

  • exploration of different or new approaches  

  • understanding different types or models of assessment  

  • describing what happens in other jurisdictions around the world
